A teatox is a way of detoxing your body using a unique blend of herbal tea. Each ingredient has been specially selected, blended and expertly formulated to maximise your body’s detoxing ability, beat bloating, burn fat, curb cravings and kick start a healthier lifestyle.

How does a Miss Fit Skinny Tea teatox work?

Miss Fit Skinny Tea is a two-step programme using our tea and meal plan to help you achieve your health and weight loss goals.

Our tea naturally, gently and safely cleanses your body without the use of laxatives. It helps you feel fuller for longer, increases energy levels, stops sugar cravings. It blasts through belly fat and beats bloating. Ingredients include Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Fennel, Chamomile, Hibiscus, Lotus Leaf, Rhubarb Root, Jasmine, Pu’Erh Leaf, Lemongrass and Sencha Green Tea.

While our meal plan is designed to help fuel your body with protein rich foods, a healthy amount of carbs and your daily dose of good fats.

When to drink it

You can drink Miss Fit Skinny Tea 4 times a day using the same leaves from your first cup. Try to replace at least one cup of tea or coffee per day with Miss Fit Skinny Tea.

Start your day with a cup and you will find that it helps to kickstart your morning.

Have a second cup mid morning, this will help you to eat smaller portions at lunch.

Your third cup should be in the afternoon/early evening, this works as a fantastic pick me up to beat the afternoon slump and to give you energy for the evening ahead.

Your final cup of the day should be after dinner to help with digestion and to relax you for the night.

*tip – Miss Fit Skinny Tea can also be used as a pre-workout drink warm or cold to boost your energy levels.

How to brew

Fill your infuser to the top. A teaspoon is enough to fill it.

Pop the full infuser into a cup and fill with hot water.

Leave to brew for about 2-3 mins and remove the infuser from your cup.

*tip – Miss Fit Skinny Tea can be drank as a cool drink. Just brew as normal and either leave to chill or pop in the fridge for 10 mins.

What does it taste like?

You might associate an earthy, dry taste with most herbal teas, but not ours. Our teatox tastes fresh, citrusy and fruity. We blended a nice mix of ingredients such as jasmine and lemongrass that will leave you craving the taste of Miss Fit Skinny Tea.

What should you eat while Teatoxing?

The good news is that you’re not on a diet, you are changing your lifestyle. However, we do recommend cutting out junk food, sugar and processed foods. Try to go for the 6/7 rule. So 6 good days and a cheat day. Stock up on fresh fruit and veg, lean meats and good carbs.

How often should you Teatox?

The beauty of Miss Fit Skinny Tea is that because it’s free from laxatives, you don’t really need to break from it. We do recommend taking a two week break after 3 months, this is just because you can build a tolerance to it from using it without a break and you may not see the results you saw before. After this, you can start again and keep going.
