The Miss Fit Skinny Pizza

No matter how good you're being, sometimes all you want is a pizza!!! But nobody wants the calorie and fat content, so Miss Fit Skinny Tea have come to the rescue and we have created a healthy pizza with the same great, if not better, taste. 

We will be using tomato puree in this recipe and it does have high enough sugar levels so limit this recipe to once a week. However, it still doesn't come close to a take-away pizza. 

Here's a list of what you'll need:

Serves 1
The Base:
1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
1/2 tube tomato puree
1/2 can chopped tomatoes (drained)
3 tbsp passata
1 tbsp oregano
1tbsp basil
Round baking tray - this is 100% necesssary
You can choose your own toppings, but here's what I used and it was gorgeous.
Toppings:
1/2 fresh jalapeno
4 slices chorizo
handful of roast chicken breast
1 chestnut mushroom
1 slice of pineapple 
1 tbsp sweetcorn
1/4 red sweet pepper
chilli flakes
very small amount of grated parmesan cheese

Method:

Preheat the oven to 190 fan
In a bowl, combine the tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, passata and herbs. 
Mix together, add more puree if you need to thicken it. 
Spread over the tortilla wrap 
Add toppings
Transfer to a round baking tray
Cook in the oven for 15-20 mins or until the tortilla wrap goes brown
